Privacy Policy
As a WAHM (work at home mom), I am committed to your privacy and mine! I will only use information you provide me to complete your order and will never share that information with any outside parties. My server collects certain non-identifiable information about your online visit, including your IP address, browser, pages you have visited on my site, and which sites referred you here. I only use that information to improve the content of my site. My server does not collect any other information.
If you subscribe to the Pollywog Baby Newsletter and Discounts List I will only use that information to send you the information that you have requested, namely the newsletters and other discounts. I will never sell or share your email address or any other information that you have submitted. With every email contact you will have the opportunity to unsubscribe should you choose to no longer receive them.
Shipping
Orders placed during and up to 8pm Pacific Time will ship the following day. We ship orders daily Monday through Saturday via USPS priority mail which is 2-3 days to you depending on where you are in the US. The only exceptions are the Tucker sleeping wedges which ship out via DHL ground or air. Ground orders take 2-3 days to the sunbelt or 5-6 days to the west coast and upper east coast. Air orders take 1-2 days to all areas of the US. The other exception is the Comfy Lift bed which ships via Fedex. Our shopping cart automatically calculates shipping and handling based on order weight and zone. We charge you exactly what we are charged for shipping by shipping carriers.
We do ship internationally - please go through the shopping cart to calculate shipping costs.
Return Policy
We glady accept returns with an authorization code on Pollywog products within 30 days of purchase but regret that unless defective, we cannot accept returns of products from other manufacturers. We do not refund shipping charges, nor bear shipping charges to return product unless we have erred on your order or your items are defective. If you would like to return a product please email us or call 866-332-0958 to receive an authorization code. Product returned without an authorization code will not be credited.
